No fixed limit today, on Free or on Pro. Create as many projects, cases, suites and runs as the work needs. Fair use applies: an unusually heavy workload may be queued or slowed for a while to keep the service fast for everyone, and an account that looks like deliberate overload or abuse may be suspended for review.
